As the title suggests this will be my guru thread for hiring screen-shot models and for putting up various assistant jobs (of lower pay-grade) that may come up in my work on my GW art gallery.

There are two options for applying for the position of Screenshot Model:

Option A:
Impress and inspire me with one of your own unique and stunning armour combinations. Though this method seems the easiest it is in fact the hardest, as I am probably the hardest person in GW to impress with an armour. Before you choose to apply via option A, you should ask yourself these 3 questions, if the answer is yes to any of them you should not apply:

1: Does your armour, when common armour pieces (Blindfold, Chaos Gloves, etc.) are excluded, consist of armour parts from only a single set?
2: Is your "Unique" armour combination one of the ever so over-used combinations seen every day in Kamadan or RA? (F/Mo:Obsidian top+labyrinthine pants+chaos/blindfold, M/Wa: Obsidian Helm, Elite glad chest, Vabbian Pants, Chaos Gloves, Ancient/Obsidian boots for example)
3: Is your armour combination(s) a random or series of random armour parts thrown together to try and "Shotgun" your way into a modelling job?

If you apply by option A, do not take it personally if you are rejected, in all my time of playing, a total of 6 people have managed to impress me with an armour, only 3 of which did so without alterations to the final set.

Option B:
Have access to one of the specific armour combinations that i currently need for a screen-shot project. I will keep a list of projects here and if you qualify for any of them leave a message (perhaps with accompanying picture) here and get back to me in game or via pm. if possible (IGN Aoi Enishi):

Current Projects:

Female Ritualist: Salary 150e
Requires mainly Taiwan Pre-Order for access to the wand Peacock's Wrath, if you do not know what Taiwan Pre-Order is, then you probably don't have it. Other requirements include having access to EOTN for and NF for the remaining armour pieces and the location for the screen-shot.

Female Mesmer: Salary 30e
Requires the Vision of Lyssa Costume, Chaos gloves, Vabbian Top, Elite Kurzick Pants, and Asuran Boots.

Assistants
Assistant positions can vary greatly in nature, they usually involve behind the scenes work with animations, targeting or by various jobs "on stage" while being invisible such as weapon wielding or mini-pet management. (So even if you are technically "in" the picture you won't be seen in it).

Salary
Model salaries vary depending on the individual projects but are usually in the range of 30 ectos. Assistant salaries depend on the project as well and are usually lower but also with much less/no requirements. Salaries are not paid up front, but are paid when the project is finished only!

Duration
The duration of the shooting and the preparation for the project also varies. If more than one person are in the picture (or apply for different parts in a project) a time will have to be scheduled where everyone can be online.

Scamming
For those of you, and I know that you are out there, who thinks that I am scamming people, then I can assure you that I am not. There is a reason however, that I am not paying for a project until it is done, because I have seen people leave half way through, wasting not only my time but the time of everyone else who is helping with the project.
